American lost our luggage for about 48 hours & they reimbursed us for every penny. It took about 3 weeks to get the ck in the mail. Of course we had to submit reciepts ect. We went on a serious shopping spree & got every penny back. My husband is executive platinum but I bought brand names & we really shopped. I was even worried that they would not approve some of it but they did!

I’m so glad you got your luggage! But don’t count on for any reimbursement 😭. They “lost” our stroller wheel when we flew to Disney and we had to rent the same stroller that we owned and then had to pay to overnight the wheel so we could fly home. Because we had 2 kids under 4 with a layover on our way home. It cost us so much money and all we got from @Southwest Airlines was “nothing we can do”
