So I just seen a video and the scrunch part goes on the side and that part you slide put the loops together put over your head and through one arm and tighten all the ropes on the skirt thing at bottom to tighten so one part goes around waist other part is like one shoulder type thing with the skirt

First, turn the dress sideways. The scrunch you have in front goes on the side. Then pull the part you have on down as if it is a skirt. The extra piece is the top of the dress.
