Track macros and limit calories daily.   Hack, eat PROTEIN every meal  🥩🍗🥓🍖🥚 2. Burn 🔥 calories daily.  No days off.   Lift, walk 10k steps, do sprints 🏃‍♀️ etc If you cant do that, you just dont want to be fit.  Period.   You dont want to live to 100+ You dont want to be slim, sexy, and confident  This is why you see FIT PEOPLE all talking shit, most used to BE F@T, then got fit.   They stopped playing a victim, stopped making excuses, and made the necessary changes to GET FIT.   So I have NO SYMPATHY for you when you get your feelings hurt by people speaking TRUTHS.  None!  Because you CONSISTENTLY CHOOSE to be f@t.  Its a CHOICE Its not your metabolism, its not your genes, its not hereditary, its not your hormones, its because you eat like an asshole constantly.   and you consistently skip the gym & make excuses Period!
