im in and out of stair master era all the time & ive always realized incline walk on treadmill is easier to stay in fat burning zone & more enjoyable. hearing this is gonna allow me to walk rather do stairs💓💓ty

I love running and nothing makes me sweat more in such a short time but my knees and feet be killing me after. Incline 9.5 at 3 for 20min is perfect

this is so true. people were always like omg how can you stay on the stairmaster for that long and still be consistent with it? it’s cuz i actually enjoy it. and now while being injured i realized that i even miss it. but that does not apply to everyone
