I am almost 50 and started PB in January. The absolute JOY I feel every time I’m able to do a new skill is the best! Not to mention how much better I feel daily. I have the body type that would offend that person, for sure, but she can pry PB from my cold, dead hands.

Fellow barre instructor here! I teach people ages 16-80+ and no matter who walks into my class I’m so happy that they’re there and honored I get to teach them even if it’s just once. Fitness is for anybody and everybody and it always will be ❤️

I teach spin and also do personal training and when clients hit their specific goals, whatever they may be, it makes me cry and party for them every single time. EVERY time. Every body deserves to be in the gym!!!!

Pilates welcomed me - I’m late (late!) 40’s, when i hadn’t worked out in 5 yrs, with poor mobility & extra weight & no strength. Now that I’ve made improvements towards my practice I hope I am as welcoming to all as I was. Pilates is for everyBODY

Started taking circuit training classes & could NOT do a box jump to save my liiife. I’d just step up. Abt 4 months into it, I finally went for it & cried when I landed it. I weighed about 180 too. That girl can kick rocks for what she said
