Is it right to say , if you have not work for a company for 2 years , you do not have any legal rights regarding dispinary ? I seen lots of guys let go for the reason we no longer need you , an they can’t do anything because they have only been with the company a short period of time usually less than 2 years , the managers just replaced them following week 🤦♂️

I'm profoundly deaf.. I got a writen warning do to a manager said I ignored him when in fact my battery ran out and couldn't grab a spare till I'd finish what I was doing... Can they do that..?
