PLEASE DO RESEARCH BEFORE there are several medical conditions that you should never mouth tape if you have (for me I have a deviated septum and it could be dangerous) I work at a medical office and we recommend this to patients who are eligible

This is actually so beneficial. With my mom as a dentist I cannot explain how important breathing through your nose is. Mouth breathing takes away the jawline, you gain weight, your teeth get messed up, and your airway tightens.
