Bay leaves, curry powder and thyme = Nigerian Jollof. Ghana Jollof uses rosemary, cloves and other local spices. Traditional Ghana Jollof does not use bell pepper and the base is NEVER reduced. The only thing Ghana about this Jollof is the choice of rice. Anyone looking to make actual regional recipes need to use a cookbook. What you find online is an amalgamation called “internet Jollof” . Rice looks great 🙏
