I agree he should be released, but reporting highlighting his good personality (“who will teach my students” is NOT part of objective reporting and suggests bias, whether he should be deported depends on the facts and the law which is not objectively covered in this piece. The President is in charge of the executive - the enforcement of laws. They are not supposed to make permanent laws without the approval of Congress (Their job BTW). And, they must be aligned with the Constitution. The problem is that they are trying to make laws/orders that don't. And, refuse to accept the NO.
