The average time you will spend with your agent on any given transaction is a MINIMUM of 30 days… many times it’s months or even a year. 📍Make sure you of course select someone that has a proven track record, is respected by others, and that you trust to have your best interest at heart… but also select someone that you actually ENJOY spending time with and can enjoy a few laughs together. ♦️I always want my clients to have an “experience” when working with me. Make sure you are having fun and enjoying the process of buying or selling a home.
