One dime is 2.27g A dollar of dimes is ~23g A pound of dimes is approximately 20$ I've carried 40lbs in cheese before (not easy) but that's one big piece (and only 800$). no way to 5k

I dare you to go to your bank and pull out 5k in dimes (which come in boxes of $250 btw) and see how many of those boxes you can carry. I bet it's less than 6, which is about $1500.
