You still did part B correctly, in part B it asked for the average rate of change. The value from part A is the average value, so you still did part B right

I’m pretty sure you had it right the first time. C(t) gives you the number of acres effected. Just like how the area under a velocity curve is displacement, the area under C’(t) would be the number of acres effected. Divide by 4 and that gets you the average. So I think you could have done the int of C’(t) or just the average of C(t), but NOT the integral of C(t). Correct me if I am wrong, I may not know what I am talking about. Just my thoughts.
