The way mono is downplayed lets people get away with this. My psoriatic arthritis was triggered by mono from someone who knew they were making other people sick and just didn't care.

For the people asking if he can to to jail. Unfortunately no, it would be the same as someone giving someone covid and that person unfortunately passing from getting it. You can’t really arrest someone for getting a person sick. :(
