Sauté until the shallots are translucent and the garlic is fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. 3️⃣ Sprinkle in the chili flakes and stir for another minute to combine. 4️⃣ Add the tomato paste. 5️⃣ Carefully pour in the vodka. Let it cook until the alcohol has mostly evaporated, about 2-3 minutes. 6️⃣ Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream. 7️⃣ Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken stock. 8️⃣ Add a splash of pasta water to the sauce to help it cling to the pasta. Stir well. 9️⃣ Add the cooked pasta to the pan. 🔟 Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle with additional chili flakes. 🔸 Instrucciones: 1️⃣ En una sartén grande, calienta aceite de oliva a fuego medio. 2️⃣ Añade los chalotes finamente picados y el ajo picado a la sartén. Deja que se cocine hasta que el alcohol se haya evaporado en su mayor parte, unos 2-3 minutos. 6️⃣ Reduce el fuego a bajo y agrega la nata. 7️⃣ Sazona la salsa con sal y pimienta al gusto.
