Talk to a dermatologist about Accutane, is the only thing that cures acne and a dermatologist is the only person that can tell you what will help YOUR skin. I had cycistic acne too so I know.

It’s so frustrating and if it is our gut I don’t want to be scared to eat things I love after healing my gut fearing I’ll eat something wrong that will trigger it again 😭

I've put of commenting bcause I don't wanna be slapped 😅 but when all else failed for me I just had to do self concept work, and literally stopping focusing on it entirely, still be healthy but stop feeding energy into it. don't focus on 3d circumstances, focus on what u want and what u deserve.. clear skin. I just kept repeating affirmations like "i dont subscribe to this." and said it with every conviction, every single time! and i truly noticed my skin clearing..I truly hope this helps in some way!! ✨u got this 🙏

My forehead was covered in acne and clogged pores (sandpaper texture) back in April. My entire forehead. I was prescribed antibiotic cream but honestly I believe what helped most was Neutrogena salicylic acid toner the light blue liquid (I used to use it years ago when I had acne) I used it and immediately noticed it helping. I don’t ever see anyone talk about it maybe because it’s cheaper/drugstore 🤷🏻♀️but seriously it helped a lot. My forehead is 99% clear and I’m still continuing to use it because it helped so much. I have hope for you ❤️

I had the worst acne for years. I started drinking water. Cut out sodas, coffee, tea. Only water. Then I got a prescription for treatinoin. It’s been 1yr & I have the prettiest skin I have ever had. Rarely get a pimple & my scars have even begun to clear up.
