FUND PUBLIC SERVICES. Rehab instead of prison for low level drugs charges offenders. Decriminalise drug use and educate the reality of drug use rather than unrealistic horror stories. Invest in job creation and improve mental health services. Do the work to prevent crime. No new prisons
