Bugs me when people say this. It’s literally what they’re bred for. They have natural instincts to perform their jobs. Preventing them from doing so is cruel! They’ll become suppressed and bored and that’s why so many working dogs end up in kennels because people buy them to look cute 😐

I had a border collie and all she wanted to do was work. and it was natural. now I have a corgi with his tail and he is the same way. these dogs live for working they love it. its in their blood

My Aussie has the single minded focus and intelligence to be a working dog. Very intense, loves herding & obstacles. I wish we’d had a herding work outlet for her. She would be so happy.
