This scene was the very definition of matriarchy. Women finally took power: Daenerys Targaryen, Olenna Tyrell, Ellaria Martell, Yara Greyjoy, all at the same damn time. The fact that they're even fighting against 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗻 Cersei Lannister is incredible. They were always just a commodity to be sold to other families, incubators for heirs. Their younger brothers bypassed them for the throne, they were deemed unworthy — and now they RULE. Notice how even in the South, where the cruelest form of patriarchy reigns, there is now a Queen in the North — Sansa Stark. Women were always called "too weak" to fight. Shall we talk about Brienne of Tarth, who became Lord Commander of the Kingsguard? Or legendary Arya Stark, who killed the Night King? I love how, even in the cruelest worlds, that belong to men and have no place for women — they rise.

Can you imagine being an advisor to someone who has the equivalent of a nuke and knowing what they are about to do with it? The fear that took Tyrion I presume, the panic, the anxiety. He knew that the City was doomed but hoped his brother could stop Dany. You can tell when he freed him he knew it would burn.
