They demand better wages when they don't provide good service. They steal money from many people. They charge them directly. And they don't give the money to the railroad companies. In New York, many ticket machines also steal money. Those who only have money for a ticket or a ride can't get their money back from the machines. Those who demand better wages should provide better service to passengers. People are going through a lot of problems.
