Any person inside the US (citizen or not) is subject to the jurisdiction of the US. Except for foreign ambassadors with diplomatic immunity

To clarify, to not be "subject to jurisdiction thereof" means to not be subject to laws/prosecution. That is why illegals aren't included in the 2 exemptions. (those 2 are foreign diplomats/military members)

Birth right citizenship needs to stop because the issue it causes. If the parents are here illegally and the children are citizens. Now when the parents get deported they might be separated temporarily or indefinitely. No one from border patrol or in trump administration wants to have to separate them. It a long term solution to a problem that has been going on for too long. But of course if illegal immigration problem is solved. The democrats won’t have that option to run on during election years.

Do you understand these judges can only maintain their office during good behavior. We have laws on the books when they are violating their oath of office or violate their own to the constitution they can be removed from office and jail and fined
