They even get to point of getting angry at someone who was born in rich family, saying the car your parents bought for you is not same as the one you bought by yourself 😭

I hate it when people say, the reason I've done so much in life it's because my parents we able to build us home so we didn't have to start from the bottom and mostly it's guys who haven't done any changes to what was left by their grandparents 😔

as black people we have trauma. we grew up seeing some big brothers succeed. we looked up to them and were inspired. now they back down. so much that everytime a black child succeeds, we cross fingers. connections though, seems like a secure thing. it's almost as if, coming from money guarantees staying on it. we know the,"I blew it." we know the,"I had this and that's", we even know the shortcuts people take..ukuthwala, pretty privileges, giving private parts bribes etc. so we are more restricted to grow than to fall/never get up. but a very white cultured black with Woolworths English, we never ask how they got there.

The struggle can teach you to be responsible with money and not to blow it easily. Easy money doesn't have the same effect as money that you earned

we juss never see a person of our colour there coz we are convinced we not that good or capable hence when one starts something we don't support we juss like he thinks he is up there n stuff it's like it'd in our dna because experiences of our ancestors pass through our dna to even our kids for instance instincts as well ❤️

We romanticise Scarcity and Poverty. I think it's a Religious Influence: in churches they say Is good to struggle in this world cos when you die, you'll go to heaven and live a good life. They sold us lies 😏.
