Recently saw a baggage handler (who probably weighed about 400# or more) just toss a guitar case onto a small baggage trailer. No bother to even lay it down carefully - and he was only about 3 feet away. He just chucked it because he didn’t care. When selecting luggage of any size or configuration sturdiness is way more important than appearance.

At Athens International Airport, we always tranfer wheelchairs from the stairs, carrying them by hand. This takes a lot of time; they can be very heavy, but we keep them safe. However, our efforts are extremely underappreciated.

This is shocking is this in Britain before we even go onto our holiday the wheel chair is so cruel should be handed with care that will ruin a whole family’s holiday if one of there famomembers can’t get around disgusting
