Since I’ve combined running with my gym workouts, I’ve developed better stamina, improved cardio (of course), and… I can eat more. Now, you don’t have to add running to your routine to lose fat. What really matters is understanding the science of nutrition. A lot of my students come to me worried that we’ll force them to do tons of cardio—but it’s not a must.
