I’ve ordered multiple things from outcast for my vacations and it ships very fast to California! But the quality is not that great for the price, you’re just paying for the designs unfortunately 😭 the clothes are cute!! I would check out depop if you don’t mind one wear/nwt from sellers!

Love outcast. My express order came quite quickly I live in Orlando. Skirts are very short so if your bottom is larger go for a biggger size.
