Isn’t All Hallows literally about to close like what? 200 for a prom!! Like what!!! throw it in the gym and make it free entry even when I was in school lots of the boys at all hallows didn’t attend their schools prom because of cost. It was Cheaper for them to go to other schools proms with their girlfriends and friends

@Sharlyn Gómez: This is not the reason All Hallows is closing. The Christain Brothers decided to sell the building for their own monetary benefit. Selling the building to gentrification avoids the Christain Brothers having to own up to their financial mistakes causing 100+ to lose their jobs & about 200 students to lose a place they call home. The Christian Brothers are selling out of greed.

For a private school that probably charges a lot of money just for tuition. $200 for a prom is insane. Especially in this economy where everyone is struggling. Let alone living in NYC is expensive enough
