Full body/parasite detox update! Day 50 almost to a new personal record, longest to date was 60 days ✨ my mind body spirit and soul going through so many changes which I knew would happen from doing an extended detox/fast similar to this before. But yea just updating for those who are keeping up and those who may be detoxing as well! Ngl after 30 days SEEMS like it gets tougher? Could just be a mind thing. I’m grateful for my discipline and dedication to keep pushing & full transparency I would like to note I have “messed up” a couple times ate plant based cooked food 😭😩 bad idea lmao do not do that sht I felt sick it was too heavy too salty too much 😖 however I’m still going and I’m not going to give up on myself. Not only am I detoxing from food parasites which is an addiction even after they’re cleared out also addiction to nicotine *vaping* which is be doing on and off for least 6/7 years 😖 we’re doing well tho the bitter herbs seem to help alotttttt with any cravings or temptations >>> we MUST eradicate all parasites and their eggs expeditiously!!
