I’ve been living here for a bit now, and truth is, it’s raw, it’s real, and it’s full of life. I’ve spent my days exploring local markets, training at gritty gyms, making friends who’ve shown me what resilience really looks like, and diving deep into work that actually fuels me. Like any city, there are areas you stay sharp in and others you avoid — that’s just common sense. I listen, I learn, and I don’t pretend to know more than the people who’ve lived it.
