y'all I have to get Invisalign in 2 weeks and I'm SO SO scared. Can anyone tell me what it's like? is it difficult or painful. It's either this or jaw surgery for me but I'm so scared it's going to be too difficult. ❤️

No bc I thought they were clear trays and I have attachments on almost every tooth and rubber bands. I had NO clue I’d have basically clear brackets but I’m trusting the process and wearing them 24/7 so I hopefully finish sooner😭😭😭

I saw 2 orthos- one said I’d need a perm metal band across the back of my teeth. The other one didn’t. Guess who I went with. Always get a 2nd opinion, I learned it’s way more art than science

Trust it’s better this way! For mine they didn’t do metal it was just the bands that go in the crease of the tray and it would pull my tray out if i laughed or yawned 💀
