Glad to see they used the smallest 5% of women from the 1970s; I’m 4’9” (so technically quite a bit shorter than the model), and the position I have to be in in order to reach the pedals and see over the dashboard is so unsafe for me if I were to get into an accident, but because I’m so close to the steering wheel, and my heels don’t touch the floor so I’m literally toeing the pedals, I feel that I have far less control than is safe for me and the drivers around me. I don’t drive because it is not safe for me to do so (I have a license in case of emergencies though). Does anyone else have this problem?

and then research needs to be done on pregnant women. my short wife had to pretty much touch the steering wheel with her belly to be able to reach the pedal. no room for error but what about the seat belt across the belly as well
