I took my daughter on this when she was like 2 or 3 and she was OBSESSED with dinosaurs.. big mistake… she was TERRIFIED and just sobbed & hugged/hid her face in my arm the whole time.. can’t blame her. It was terrible smh. The Earthquake one was awful too. Waste of money tbh. 🙄

I’ve been on it myself, and all the speakers sound like they’ve been blown out for 10 years, there’s visible tear marks where the animatronics have been moving for decades, and mannequins in the front to make it look busy. It’s the best worst ride ever

Fun fact! This ride features two snake animatronics called Koi, made by unit 70 (the makers of giant Frankenstein) this prop was considered lost for a while but was found last year!

Rode it 20 years ago and it was already so broken down and terrifying I still have nightmares about the snakes and dripping water. It was only me and my friend on the ride. We got stuck at the part where you are just entering more open water, there are giant snake bodies writhing in plants right beside the cart and FAT water drops were steadily dripping down from the ceiling on us. We could see the plesiosaur ahead but the light hadn’t been triggered so the silhouette of its head just kept emerging from the dark water. I was a teen and it was my first panic attack, my friend peed herself. Then the ride just started up and we had to go through the rest. We were so scared we couldn’t even scream, just clutch each other and sob.

my brother and i have road it a few times, and the last time we did, the doors leading out stopped working, so we had to sit in the cold boat seat in pitch black darkness for a few minutes, listening to all the sounds behind us.

Went on this ride as a child and was terrified. I covered my eyes and cried the whole time and got yelled at by my parents for it. Saw the pterodactyl flying over us with the fake child and convinced myself it was the kid from the boat in front of us because I never saw them come out 😭😭😭

It’s not scary at all 💀 their animatronics are out of date & their movements/sounds are so bad. It’s also not identity as a “Jurassic Park” nock off, not everything about Dinosaurs is Jurassic park related. Overall just unhinged

i’ve been in this ride several times as a kid and i would never even open my eyes and im still terrified of that ride, and the trex that pops out around the end, one time when i rode it (had my eyes closed) when the trex popped out i was on the end of the boat right next to it and i could feel the silicone from its jaw hanging down touching my shoulder, i literally cried
