You look fabulous. I am usually very busy with work and have no time to go to the gym. I also love food and can't control myself at all. Fortunately, I found a suitable solution two weeks ago and have successfully lost 8 pounds so far.

Oh my word! It’s like a whole new person Girl I was at 318lbs in 2018 lost that weight got to 167 lbs but then got pregnant at 39 in 2022 went up to 220lbs. I am currently at 188lbs and am now 41 will be 42 at end of Sept. I have to say watching your videos really makes me feel better about being able to get to my goals and reaffirms that the hard work pays off and to just keep going. You really look amazing! Honestly you look much younger than 42, it has created an age reversal as well! Love it!! 🥰

What did you do? I was always a few pounds overweight but nothing too significant! I had a near fatal car accident years ago and have many bone issues andva nerve disease called RSD because of that. I am unable to really exercise or walk a lot. Can you suggest anything g for someone in my position? I broke many bones so some exercises having to do with ups and downs cannot be done at all. I need to lose at least 50 punds to get back to my original weight. Anything you can suggest is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!
