United Airlines is not looking to make half their pilots poc or women. UA wanted their classes to be 50 percent Poc or women. They still have to pass FAA requirements to get hired.

Affirmative action test scores were lowered so people of color could pass. It turned out to be a disaster. People of color are very capable of achieving goals. Democrats think people of color are to stupid to achieve standards that everyone else must meet. People died because of this stupid idea.
