It begins in the kitchen cutting all processed sugars & foods and unnessecary fats. Eating proteins, vegetables and carbs in the right portions. And of course lifting weights, excersing and enough rest. It sound easy but its a life style. Ive tried and failed many times 😅😅

I simply stop eating after 8, cut the BS sugar out and end every day in a caloric deficit, lost 14 pounds in a month working out 5 days a week every workout less than 45 minutes 🤷🏾♂️

The answer is really simple: cut down on calories to lose weight. To have a healthy weight loss, cut the sugar, eat healthy while in the deficit. Watch what happens in a month.
