had a bad review happen to our store, how the worker was all alone and looked irritated (gee i wounder why) and my manager said the ID number of the worker was mine(reviews are send randomly and for some reason the managers can see which computer sent it and who was working on that register at the time) and i should always be smiling and happy to help. Just today a lady literally says "she's such an amazing worker, she helped me so much last time I came in, you probably don't remember me, but I'll always remember you" right in front of the manager who scolded me.
