I would say the smart choice is to give a disclaimer, if any women want to try these to test the benefits they absolutely should, it’s great to take pro biotics or vitamins to boost naturally occurring things in your body HOWEVER strong or foul smells, itching, irritation, pain or burning sensations should always be checked first by your health care provider. These are not a ‘fix’ for some things that can be extremely harmful if left untreated. 💖

fishy smell means BV likely which needs actual medication. girls just wash it reguarly. your V is self cleaning so just clean the vulva (the outside bit) I promise you dont need any special pills. go to your GP if your discharge looks or smells different to usual.
