I tell then only once, then I call 911 right infront of them. even if they give my keys back, I still file a police report. get it on paper they refused to hand your keys over

they told me they were driving it (without my permission) and I called the cops and said they stole it. they lost out on a 70k deal and had the cops out front with lights and sirens.

dealership wouldn"t give me my keys and i asked could I test drive the car again, they said yes. i drove to my house, picked up the spare and drove off the lot. they mailed me my keys. never went back
