 I wait all year for this — the ultimate summer preservation ritual. If you’ve never made your own fruit roll-ups, it’s wildly easy and endlessly adaptable. All you need is ripe fruit and a little time.
  ✨ How to Make Them
 * Blend fresh fruit into a smooth puree (mango works beautifully, but you can use peaches, strawberries… whatever you got growing!) * Spread evenly on a silicone mat or parchment; not too thick! I sprinkle Tajin on mine… * Dehydrator: 130°F for ~6 hours * Oven: Lowest temp (usually ~170°F), door cracked, for 3–6 hours * It’s done when it peels off clean and isn’t sticky * Cool completely before rolling * Slice and store in an airtight container, or enjoy them cartoonish and massive like me!
 No added sugar. No plastic wrap. Just pure summer on a sheet tray 🌞 These are zero-waste, naturally sweet, and unbelievably nostalgic, and you can make them with pretty much any type of fruit. They make an abundance of backyard goodness into a shelf stable candy!
 I’m thinking of making giant BLUE fruit rollups next time with som help from spirulina… what do we think?
