Clean & cut your chicken in half.  2. Season your chicken first on both sides & put remaining seasoning in the flour. Mix well.  3. In a pan on medium low heat, add oil & cook your chicken on each side for about 5-6 minutes. Or until internal temp reaches 165.  4. Once all the chicken is cooked, take a paper towel & remove excess oil (if needed). You only want about 1 tbsp of oil in the pan.  5. Add butter, garlic & shallot. Sauté for a few minutes.  6. Next add seasonings, chicken broth, heavy cream, fresh thyme, sun-dried tomatoes & Mix well.  7. Let sauce simmer until it thickens up. 8. Remove the fresh thyme, Add cheese & let the sauce cook for another 2 minutes. 9. Once the sauce is ready, add basil, the chicken, & top off with parsley & red chili flakes.  10.
