Ozempic is a horrible drug. I have friends that’s can’t stop losing weight after stopping. I know a couple others that have severe intestinal issues that aren’t resolving. They can’t eat or sleep. No thanks

im on a glp1 and this is what happens when u dont follow the strict diet routine...u need about 2000 calories a day (dep on height n weight) high protein(80 to 100) n low carb as well as exercise routine n hydrating constantly..if not, u loose muscle mass and body starts to eat away at itself

once you're aff ozempic you will start to gain weight back after 6 to 8 weeks unless you choose to stick to a strict exercise & diet regimen 🤷
