I started at 4:30am every morning, worked till 5 or 6 every night when I wasn’t on the road. No lunch. Got so much work done. Now, back into an office that the fire marshal should violate.

The fact that they had to TELL US to stop working when we all became remote and were no longer able to send emails out from 12 am-5 am tells you everything. They know, they are just trying to stress workers out so they quit. It’s Elon and Trump, not rocket science.

I work for the federal government and I work from home full time. I can say my work day doesn't stop. I don't have distractions I hardly get up to eat lunch. I agree working from home you work a lot more with no interruptions.

I have called off so much since being forced back in. I’m worn out and so tired by Thursday. I even stopped working overtime because I’m so worn out.

It takes me 5 hours round trip to go to work and back home. Two hours in the morning and when I get to work, due to the RTO, I have to park at the metro station the. Take another shuttle back to the office building. Then, the fact that there’s not enough space, most of us have to sit in the dinning room taking turns to plug in our laptops for work. Another 3 hours to drive back home. Insane

I had 3 days at home, 2 days in office. I was happy. I wasn’t burnt out. My production was off the charts. 6 weeks into RTO & I’ve never felt so exhausted

People in office want to talk all day. I sat in complete silence all day, working an hour before work for free at home and was always working past my tour. Now I drive and leave right on time. I’m sharing an office with a call center person and he talks all day.

The VBA monitors everything we do and we broke records teleworking from home. It adds at least five hours of time to my day having to report to the office.
