They are sebaceous filaments. They will never fully go away. They will just refill. All you can do is minimize by using an inner pore exfoliant like Salicylic acid

esthetician here! unfortunately nothing, they’re called sebaceous filaments, basically just oil in your pores. if you unclog them they will ALWAYS come back
