as someone who works in cardiology, with young people it’s hard to believe they have an actual cardiac problem unfortunately. The most it gets is POTS, SVT, PACs and PVCs that cause symptoms that need an ablation. otherwise, nothing.

When I went to cardiologist and told her my heart rate was going up randomly while resting and she said you probably have anxiety but just to relax your nerves I’ll put a monitor on you for 2 weeks so we see . After two weeks she was like omg are you ok, you got 70 tachycardia’s in two weeks and some bradycardia . I was like I told you i wasn’t making it up . Had to check myself cuz both grandmas died of heart attack and dad dealing with massive heart attack and stoke 🥲

I’m finishing up 2 weeks on my heart monitor, and it’s been on its best behavior these last two weeks. I just know it’ll be bad as soon as the monitor is off lol

dont worry, my heart was on its worst behavior yet and I was STILL told it's anxiety 😂 apparently heart rate 181 just cause I stood up means I'm anxious

I had a 7 days monitor and at some points my heart was 183 while resting or going from sitting to standing or walking around the house 😅🙃

I went and got a holter monitor for a week a few years ago for these thumps I feel. Didn’t have a single one the ENTIRE week. Took it back to them and I had 3 thumps on the way to the hospital after I took it off lol had them every day since lol
