Mexicans and Mexican Americans have always been targeted because of our indigenous roots. They attempted to deny citizenship to our people even if we were UD born because of it.

Thank you for spotlighting this. So many people don’t know or remember this happened in the U.S. and still refuse to believe that this country would deport U.S. citizens simply because they are not white. We cannot blind ourselves to this reality.

More people should read the fall of giants trilogy, although it is fictional it is based on the facts of what happen from before WW1 up to the 80s. It includes many different perspectives of the same events too from common people to people who wound up in power under the oppressive ruling class.
