EASY HOMEMADE PIZZA 🍅 Sauce Ingredients: - 28 oz whole tomatoes - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1/4 cup grated or finely minced onions - 1/2 to 3/4 tsp dried oregano - 1 tsp dried basil - 1/4 to 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes  - 3 garlic cloves, minced - 2 tsp sugar - 1 tsp salt Steps: 1. Break tomatoes into chunks in a bowl.   2. Heat olive oil and sauté onions, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and cook briefly.   3. Add tomatoes, sugar, and salt. Combine warm water, olive oil, yeast, salt, sugar, and flour in a bowl to make a dough.   2. Wet your hand and knead until smooth.   3. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.   4. Stretch and fold the sides of the dough to the center 3-4 times, using wet hands.   5. Flip the dough, shape it into a ball, cover, and let it rest for 60 minutes.   6. After 90 minutes, divide into 4 equal pieces (about 280g each).   7. Shape each piece into a ball, place on an oiled tray, cover, and let rest for 15 minutes.   8. Flatten a dough ball into a small circle, then stretch into a 10-12 inch pizza, leaving a ½-inch crust.   9.
