One of my favorite parts about being Lao is cooking Lao food for my non-Lao friends. The majority of them love the food and ask me where to look for ingredients so they can learn to make dishes on their own!

Chef has stood ten toes down on the pricing, the standard & the quality of her restaurants up here. Whenever I go back to Florida, I tell everyone they need to raise the prices and follow her lead to be sustainable

I had a Lao roommate and we cooked Lao food daily. So much more complex and way better than Thai food IMO.
