I have 10w30 in my 2013 yaris 1.3 with around 115k km.... Is it ok... I live in a tropical region where temp is around 20 to 34 degrees celcius.

0W-20 is what my car use becuze of here in north Sweden we get down to -35C in winter and avg winter day is -25C, I am going to move to south and use 5W-30 insted

Для инакомыслящих поясню, вязкость масла это время за которое оно протечет путь, разогретое до определенной (рабочей температуры). Мало стоит выбирать по 5 параметрам: вязкость, допуски производителям , место использования двигателя (холодно, жарко, режим работы город или бездорожье и иное), частота вашей замены масла (5-10-15 тысяч). Если вы будете использовать эти параметры в сочетании инструкцией - ваш двигатель будет работать как часы.
