I am a graphic designer and I put a tracker on my portfolio/resume and like 1/4 actually opened it. It’s all just fake or afk job postings. They want your data. That was 3 years ago prob even worse now.

We shouldn’t have to “shift” into “more available jobs”. If want to be a SE and I go through the proper steps to become an SE, I should be able to get a job as an SE.
