Adaugati lemongrass batut si taiat pe jumatate, amestecati. 3. Puneti pasta de curry si amestecati bine. Adaugati dovleacul si cartofii dulci taiati cuburi, amestecati, busuiocul si coriandrul, sarea si piperul. Amestecati si gatiti*** 10-12 minute.  4. Puneti soia si mai gatiti inca 3 min. Turnati apa sa acopere dovleacul cu 2 cm si lasati sa fiarba aprox. 45 de min, sa fie foarte moale. 5. Scoateti lemongrass si pasati la blender pana cand obtineti supa crema. Stoarceti cativa stropi de lime, mai pasati putin. Serviti cu seminte de dovleac prajite, cativa stropi de ulei de masline si cine doreste, niste cuburi de carne de pui. Pofta buna!
