Ingredients for Short-Rib Mariniade 💦 ¾ cup water 🍶 3 tablespoons white vinegar 🌰 2 tablespoons sesame oil 🧅 ½ large onion, minced 🧄 ¼ cup minced garlic 🍚 ¼ cup dark brown sugar 🍚 2 tablespoons white sugar 🌶️ 1 tablespoon black pepper Directions for the Short-Ribs: 🍖🥢 Combine the ribs and soy sauce, then let them marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Be cautious not to over-marinate, as it could result in excessive saltiness. 🍲🔥 Place the ribs, along with the soy sauce marinade and garlic, into the inner pot of your Electric Pressure Cooker. 🕒⏳ Add the sugar and securely lock the lid. Set the steam release vent to 'sealing' and adjust the manual setting to cook for 20 minutes at High Pressure. ⏱️🚫 Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to naturally release for at least 12 minutes. You know I'm a sucker for a good steak sauce recipe, so when I saw @thegoldenbalance's post featuring this amazing sauce, I knew I had to make it! 🥩 PEPPERCORN STEAK SAUCE RECIPE in less than 5 mintues 🥩 Ingredients: 🥩 @goodranchers Ribeye 🧂 1 Tbsp steak seasoning of choice Sauce: 🔪 1 shallot, finely chopped 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced 🧈 6 tbsp butter, cold and cut into cubes then divided 🌶️ 1 Tbsp capers, roughly chopped (optional) 🥩 ¼ cup beef broth 🍯 1 Tbsp dijon mustard 🥛 1/4 cup heavy cream ⚫ 1 Tbsp fresh ground black peppercorns 🔪 @thecookingguild Directions: 1️⃣ Season the ribeye steaks evenly with your favorite steak seasoning. Place them in a preheated oven or smoker at 200F and cook until the internal temperature reaches 120F. This reverse sear method ensures a perfect steak every time. It will take approximately 30-50 minutes, depending on the thickness. 2️⃣ Heat a large saucepan over high heat. Use Avacado oil and sear the steaks for 1-2 minutes per side, creating a beautiful deep-colored crust. Transfer the steaks to a cutting board and let them rest while you prepare the sauce. 3️⃣ Return the same pan to medium-high heat. If needed, add a little oil to the pan. Add the shallot and garlic, and cook, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add half of the butter and let it melt, stirring until it becomes bubbly. Incorporate the capers and beef broth, bringing it to a boil. Allow it to simmer for 1 minute to slightly reduce, then stir in the mustard and cream. Stir in the remaining butter and continue cooking until the sauce slightly thickens.
