You know I'm a sucker for a good steak sauce recipe, so when I saw @thegoldenbalance's post featuring this amazing sauce, I knew I had to make it! 🥩 PEPPERCORN STEAK SAUCE RECIPE in less than 5 mintues 🥩 Ingredients: 🥩 @goodranchers Ribeye 🧂 1 Tbsp steak seasoning of choice Sauce: 🔪 1 shallot, finely chopped 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced 🧈 6 tbsp butter, cold and cut into cubes then divided 🌶️ 1 Tbsp capers, roughly chopped (optional) 🥩 ¼ cup beef broth 🍯 1 Tbsp dijon mustard 🥛 1/4 cup heavy cream ⚫ 1 Tbsp fresh ground black peppercorns 🔪 @thecookingguild  Directions: 1️⃣ Season the ribeye steaks evenly with your favorite steak seasoning. Place them in a preheated oven or smoker at 200F and cook until the internal temperature reaches 120F. This reverse sear method ensures a perfect steak every time. It will take approximately 30-50 minutes, depending on the thickness. 2️⃣ Heat a large saucepan over high heat. Use Avacado oil and sear the steaks for 1-2 minutes per side, creating a beautiful deep-colored crust.
