Chicken bacon ranch pasta ✨ Ingredients  - 2 boneless chicken breast, sliced in half  - 2 tsp olive oil - 2 tsp garlic powder  - 2 tsp onion powder  - 2 tsp ranch seasoning  - 1 tsp oregano  - 1 tsp paprika  - 1 tsp salt  - 1/2 tsp pepper  Pasta - 12 oz rotini pasta  - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream  - 1/3 cup chicken stock - 1 medium yellow onion, diced - 6 garlic cloves, minced - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded  - 1/3 cup mozzarella, shredded  - 2 tsp ranch seasoning (use less if desired) - 1 tsp garlic powder  - 1 tsp onion powder  - 1 tsp paprika  - 1 tsp oregano  - Salt and pepper to taste  - 6 slices of bacon Garnish - Parsley - Bacon - Parmesan cheese  Instructions  - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. - Drain and set aside. - Preheat oven to 400°F - Place bacon strips on a foil-lined baking sheet. - Bake for 12  minutes or until crispy. - Let cool slightly, then chop into bite sized pieces. Set aside. - Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, ranch seasoning, oregano, salt and pepper. - Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. - Add chicken  and cook until golden on each side about 5–7 minutes.  - Remove from skillet and set in oven at 300F to finish cooking. - In the same skillet, add diced onion and cook for about 3–4 minutes, until soft and translucent. - Add minced garlic and sauté for another 30–60 seconds until fragrant. - Deglaze the pan with chicken stock - Add 3 tbsp butter, mix until melted and combined. - Add in heavy cream, stir and bring to a gentle simmer for about 2–3 minutes - Add seasonings and mix until combined  - Add Parmesan cheese and mozzarella and stir until melted and creamy. - Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. - Add cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon into the sauce. - Toss well until fully coated and heated through. • • • #pasta #pastarecipe #recipes #DinnerIdeas #easydinner #chickenbaconranch
